Foundation of Spiritual Leadership
A basic study of leadership principles taught from the Bible. Study is broken down into four foundational principles: Prayer, Love, Integrity and Vision. Through an in-depth study of these Biblical principles students will gain and apply practical skills for present and future leadership opportunities.

Performing Arts Ministry
A hands-on study of various forms of performing arts skills and their origins that are used in ministry both in the United States and overseas. Emphasis will be given on integrating the art forms with a solid Biblical message. Special attention will be given to the acting and directing platform.

Introduction to Marketing 
An overview of the marketing field including an exploration of the meaning of marketing, the environmental influences that impact marketing managers, strategic marketing fundamentals, buyer behavior, market segmentation, and managerial issues related to the marketing mix decision variables (Customer, Cost, Communication and Convenience).

Introduction to Communications – Lab Instructor 
Application based lab for student to hone basic communication skills through practice and critique.

Served where needed as part of the staff leadership team. Oversaw small group ministry, that increased participation by both leaders and participants. Mentored and trained future small group leaders. Regularly taught in small group settings and occasionally provided Sunday morning pulpit teaching. Assisted with leading various Sunday morning service elements like Communion, announcements, prayer, special introductions and interviews. Wrote, directed and performed in illustrative mini movies and other live dramatic pieces used to enhance messages. Assisted with various administrative functions including implementing a new congregation management and accounting system, establishment of a new, more cost-effective, text messaging tool and online directory. Developed, presented, advertised and coordinated social and educational programs that were said to have been the best ever produced (the program was later used as a model), enforced residence life policy, counseled students and fellow RA’s and had many instances for “Opportunity Solving”.

Established a first-ever newsletter for Visitor’s Center, wrote and presented original programs (future Ranger interns adapted and used that same program), created “Recyclable Rodney” (a character to educate school children on the value of recycling); assisted visitors with questions and gave tours.
